CROSSFIT

Our regular CrossFit classes last around an hour and start with a dynamic warm-up, then either skill/strength work, followed by the workout of the day (WOD). All CrossFit workouts can be scaled to each individual’s fitness level, whether that be modifying the movement itself, using lighter weight, performing less reps, working for a shorter duration, etc. As you continue to make gains in strength and your overall aerobic capacity improves, the movements will become easier and less scaling becomes necessary.

FUNDAMENTALS

In order to properly prepare new members for our CrossFit program, CrossFit ESC offers a fundamentals program. These sessions are with a dedicated coach in which you will receive instruction on various CrossFit movements, assess mobility issues, and discuss proper scaling techniques. The Foundations program must be completed prior to attending our regularly scheduled CrossFit classes.  This course is complimentary with a Two Month Trial Membership!

BOOTCAMP

BootCamp classes are held most every Sunday morning (check calendar) and combine elements of strength training, yoga, and high intensity conditioning. BootCamp participants will experience a challenging and functional indoor or outdoor bootcamp style workout using all elements found in the gym. These classes focus on cardiovascular conditioning and building muscular endurance and can be customized to the needs of any individual. There is no prerequisite to begin our BootCamp classes.

NUTRITION COACHING

Our nutrition coach, Katie Vaughn, offers nutritional consultations with ongoing monthly accountability check-ins where health and aesthetic goals are discussed and one’s current eating habits and diet are broken down and analyzed. She will help you construct a personalized macronutrient plan to optimize your performance, aiding in weight loss and improving overall body composition.
