What is Crossfit?

 CrossFit Every Second Counts appeals to people of every exercise level. 

  We are here to help you reach all of your fitness goals. Whether you are brand new to the fitness world or an athlete looking to reach new levels, we are ready to take you where you want to go!

  CrossFit ESC will combine Olympic and Powerlifting movements with cardio conditioning, bodyweight exercises, plyometrics and gymnastics, all in a functional fun atmosphere.  CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

  Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. CrossFit has used the same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

Most of all, CrossFit is a community that is banded together with one similar goal...to make themselves better every day

  Any new athlete MUST complete our Fundamentals classes and be cleared by a coach before taking CrossFit classes. Our Fundamentals program consists of 3 classes in which you will learn the 9 basic fundamental movements of Crossfit from which you build upon once you begin regular classes.
