There is no one-size-fits all approach to nutrition. Everyone’s lifestyle, goals and physical makeups are completely different from one another. Whether you are looking for weight loss, improvement in athletic performance, or managing a health condition such as diabetes, I provide guidance and support to help you achieve your goals and work through your challenges.

I earned my master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY. My desire to become a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist started when I became a competitive athlete at a young age. I am a half marathon and full marathon runner, age group triathlete, and crossfitter.

I am a Certified Level 1 Metabolic Efficiency Training Specialist. Metabolic Efficiency™ is the ability to teach our bodies to burn more fat while reserving carbohydrate stores. This lifestyle approach can bring about other benefits such as decreasing the risk of gastrointestinal (GI) distress during exercise, improved energy levels, improving body weight and composition, and improving health markers (including blood cholesterol levels, triglycerides, fasting glucose, blood pressure). It doesn’t matter whether you are wanting to make a dietary and exercise change to improve your lifestyle and health or are a seasoned athlete, Metabolic Efficiency™ relates to all physically active people and their individual needs. My clientele includes athletes of all levels including the beginner exerciser to the elite athlete. I have worked with runners, triathletes, crossfitters, professional coaches, youth athletes, personal trainers, active duty military service members while overseas and police officers.

As an avid athlete and mom, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience to empower my clients to be the best version of themselves – fit, strong, active, energized, focused, time efficient, and driven to succeed in all that they do.
